At Irunza, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we deal in both Ready-to-Wear and Customized Hand-Work, our policies vary slightly depending on the product type.
1. For Ready-to-Wear & Market Suits
If you purchase a standard size suit from our Ready-to-Wear collection:
- 7-Day Exchange: You can exchange the item within 7 days of delivery if there is a size or fitting issue.
- Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- Shipping Cost: The customer will bear the shipping cost for sending the item back to us for exchange.
2. For Custom Hand-Work & Luxury Pret
Since these outfits are specially handcrafted and made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges on custom orders. However, we stand by our quality:
- Alteration Service: If there is a fitting issue or a minor defect in the hand-work, we offer a Free Fixing Service.
- How it Works: You can send the outfit back to us. We will fix/alter it to perfection and send it back to you.
- Shipping Cost:
- Sending to Us: Customer pays the delivery charges.
- Sending Back to You: We will pay the delivery charges after fixing.
3. Damaged or Wrong Item
In the rare case that you receive a damaged product or the wrong order, please contact us within 24 hours. We will replace it Free of Cost (we will bear all shipping charges).
4. Order Cancellation
- Ready-to-Wear: Can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Custom Orders: Can only be cancelled within 24 hours of booking. After that, the advance payment is non-refundable as work begins immediately.
